1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• The product is unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Note:
For cosmetics, hair accessories, and certain personal-use products, returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is damaged on arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or opened products
• Cosmetics (unless damaged or wrong item received)
• Earrings & certain jewellery items (for hygiene reasons)
• Churidhar materials that have been cut or altered
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale
• Gift cards or digital items

3. Return Process

1. Contact us via phone or email within 48 hours.
2. Share order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product.
3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
4. Once approved, the product must be returned via courier (address will be provided).
5. After receiving the product, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong item delivered
• Approved return after inspection

Refunds will be issued as:

• Store credit / voucher, or
• Bank transfer / UPI refund (depending on the case)

Processing Time:
Refunds may take 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items if:

• The product is unused
• You want a different design/color of the same product
• Exchange is requested within 48 hours

Exchange shipping charges may apply.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
• Once the package is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• For prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be initiated within 5 business days.
